The Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation – BC/Yukon Region's Tie the Knot for Breast Cancer - Wedding Program offers couples an opportunity to make a difference in creating a future without breast cancer, as well as a way to honour relatives and friends touched by the disease.
The program components include:
WEDDING/SHOWER GIFTS: Your guests can give a gift that makes a difference by making a donation to the Foundation. We will advise you by mail of all donations made in your name(s).
WEDDING FAVOURS: Instead of traditional favours to thank guests for sharing your special day, consider making a donation to the Foundation.
KISS FOR THE CAUSE: At weddings, it's tradition for guests to clink their glasses to initiate the first kisses of the newlyweds. Start a new tradition by asking your guests to make a donation to the Foundation to get you to pucker up!
